I am sharing Arbi Ke Patte Ke Pakode Recipe or colocasia leaf roll recipe. They are made in many ways in different parts of India and known by various names. In Maharashtra it’s known as Alu Wadi, in Gujarat it is known as Patra, in North India it is known as Ghuiyah / Arbi Ke Patore or Patode. It is a traditional Arbi Ke Patto Ke Patode recipe and is often made in the rainy season. I prefer these delicious pakode / patode with parathas or rotis’.
