You will love this Bhindi Aloo sabzi recipe that has a perfect balance of taste and spices. This is an easy recipe and can be packed for your Lunch Box along with a Tawa Paratha.
Wash and Cut Ladyfinger and Potatoes into desired shape and size. Slice onion, chop ginger and green chilli.
Heat Oil and add Jeera, Garlic, Hing, Green Chilli and Onions. Saute all ingredients until Onion become transparent.
Add Ladyfinger and Potatoes and saute them for 1-2 mins. Add Turmeric, Red Chilli, Coriander Powder and Salt saute them for atleast 2-3 mins.
Add little bit of water as needed. Cover it with lid and cook it for approx. 5-6 mins and check in between once, after that let it cook for few more minutes and keep on checking in between and keep stirring so that it should not burn.
Take it out when it's done and Serve them with Parathas and Boondi Raita.
